Bought a new 2025 X3 G45. I noticed excessive vibration over slow bumps, no noise. Dealer tested twice and could not isolate the problem and escalated it to BMW South Africa who dismissed it as a "normal characteristic". I have not driven the vehicle since Nov 2024 due to comfort/safety concerns and is still looking for a resolution.
Vodacom and its third party RewardsCo is not in control of their business or their customer accoutns: 1. I am still on the "old system" meaning that the vodacom shops cannot assist me with any upgrades 2. I am struggling to cancel an account for more than two years and nobody seems to be able to assist because of point 1. 3. The vodacom callcentre is not able to assist, and keep sending senseless emails but not addressing anything. 4. RewardsCo tried to do an upgrade which we refused but they still went through with the upgrade. We tried to get them to reverse it as we did not take delivery of the upgrade. This is still not addressed since January 2021. Vodacom have no process to address customers when the call centre is unable to sort out a query as there is not person that takes ownership from A-Z. This is poor leadership.
