I bought a brand new BMW X2 and it's been giving problems ever since I purchased it. Software issues are always cited as the problem. The after sales lady from Auto Bavaria Midrand has been giving me the worst kind of attitude since I’ve been dealing with her. I eventually escalated the issue to customers service, I’ve received zero feedback. I always have to call and I am told that the consultant is unavailable.
Worst experience ever … should have stuck with Mercedes Benz !
