Terrible service
Took my car to Auto Bavaria Midrand due to vehicle malfunction. Despite sending them pictures and video footage of the problem, today I was told that they can’t assist and I should collect the car after it had been at the dealership for 3 day. The advice I was given, take more footage. They couldn’t even offer a loan vehicle. The issue was even escalated to customer service and nothing was done! How much footage is enough footage for something to be done. Been fighting them since last year July and still nothing. Paying an arm and a leg for nothing

Bad customer service
I bought a brand new BMW X2 and it's been giving problems ever since I purchased it. Software issues are always cited as the problem. The after sales lady from Auto Bavaria Midrand has been giving me the worst kind of attitude since I’ve been dealing with her. I eventually escalated the issue to customers service, I’ve received zero feedback. I always have to call and I am told that the consultant is unavailable. Worst experience ever … should have stuck with Mercedes Benz !

Poor service
Very disappointed with the service I received from the ***** department. Reported a case of ***** on my credit card account, I was advised it would take 2-3 business days. When I called yesterday the consultant who assisted me was very impatient with me and at the end of the call advised that she would revert before end of business. I am still waiting for her to me back.

Late order
My order was supposed to be delivered at 19:55 by 20:30 my order had not arrived. When I tracked my order I realized that the driver was collecting delivering and collecting other orders while he had mine with him. When I eventually canceled the order Ubereats charged me for the order. This is daylight ******* honestly

Bad service
Reported a ***** case at Standard Bank in January, and to date I have received no response from the bank. I have called the bank on numerous occasions requesting feedback and I am not getting assistance. The consultants keep taking me from pillar to post. Maybe I should take all my products to another bank.
