I would like to issue a statement regarding the extremely poor service by BMW East London.
My car was brought in for actuator replacement and gasket replacement, poor communication was also noticed as well, as when I was enquiring about updates the service rep was never available and not responding to emails.
Upon receiving my car, within 5 km of driving I discovered car oil sensor alarm was popping up on car screen and I told them they didn't put oil they denied it, I poured oil and still alarm persisted until I took it to Grahamstown for checks and all to discover that oil was leaking all over the vehicle due to extremely incompetent service and negligence.
I am going to report them to BMW Germany head quarters and to media and will take them to court they will pay for the suffering they caused to me and my family,
