I would like to worn the public against this *****ulent company, you will be ****med please stay away... they called me not even sure how they got my number promising to improve my score, wanted R5900 on monthly installments of R1495, thereafter they will help to improve my score, some of their ******** members wanted me to deposit cash which I fell victim I did ab additional R4000, so in total R9900, now they have blocked me, I didn't get clearance letter and I can't get through to them, im planning to open a ***** case at police station...... please be warned
I once took my car in for engine repairs, they stripped it to pieces and they told me they cant fix it and that i must buy a new engine, i told them to put it back together and they charged me R8600, they never told me all about this, i would not recommend this garage to anyone
I once took my F30 for turbo repairs and i paid R13.8K and within a day broke again, i took it back and they charged me R25.8k and still got faulty, it got repaired after i took it to turboworks in Centurion, This repair workshop is useless when it comes to turbos
I am battling to get my case finalized due to very poor customer service between MFC and Sunward Park Nedbank branch, I asked for refund due to being debited even though manual pay was made directly at Sunward Park Nedbank branch atm, MFC wants a deposit slip even though manual payment is reflecting and I told them I have misplaced deposit slips, that asked I I go to the branch to request proof, the branch manager told me she can't help me with deposit slip and that they will issue it once MFC request it from them, MFC says they can't request it from the branch I must do it myself, I'm now stuck not knowing what to do because either MFC and Sunward Park Nedbank branch are failing to deliver good quality customer service, if this issue is not resolved by 8th February, I'll involve my lawyers

There is an amount that has been deducted by old mutual on my pay slip, which was never authorized, I have been trying for more than a month now to request for refund and old mutual has failed to attend to my request, i will now involve my lawyers to resolve this matter, Old Mutual has *********** staff members and I will take them to court
I would like to issue a statement regarding the extremely poor service by BMW East London. My car was brought in for actuator replacement and gasket replacement, poor communication was also noticed as well, as when I was enquiring about updates the service rep was never available and not responding to emails. Upon receiving my car, within 5 km of driving I discovered car oil sensor alarm was popping up on car screen and I told them they didn't put oil they denied it, I poured oil and still alarm persisted until I took it to Grahamstown for checks and all to discover that oil was leaking all over the vehicle due to extremely incompetent service and negligence. I am going to report them to BMW Germany head quarters and to media and will take them to court they will pay for the suffering they caused to me and my family,
I am very dissapointed at AA Warranties, my claim which was for a broken turbo was rejected they say its not covered in the policy while its there in black and white, the claim itself took 8 days to be finalized just to be told its rejected, i will never recommend AA Warranties to anyone, i will be taking legal action to recover the premiums i have paid so far
