Horrible service from BMW West Rand

I have been experiencing issues with my vehicle post taking it to BMW Westrand in January where the brakes makes a screeching sound. I took it back multiple times (more than 4 times) and was even asked to bring proof of which i shared a video and i have a lot of them. They still did not fix it.

I took it to BMW Sandton and still ,the issue persists. I sent an email to BMW Customer care - no response. The guy i spoke to by the name of Richman when i eventually decided to follow up, was so rude and told me that BMW can't help me.

Now i have since been waiting for them to book my car in and give me a car since they said they want it for a couple of days and i need to be mobile.

Please speak to them to fix my car.
