I have been experiencing issues with my vehicle post taking it to BMW Westrand in January where the brakes makes a screeching sound. I took it back multiple times (more than 4 times) and was even asked to bring proof of which i shared a video and i have a lot of them. They still did not fix it. I took it to BMW Sandton and still ,the issue persists. I sent an email to BMW Customer care - no response. The guy i spoke to by the name of Richman when i eventually decided to follow up, was so rude and told me that BMW can't help me. Now i have since been waiting for them to book my car in and give me a car since they said they want it for a couple of days and i need to be mobile. Please speak to them to fix my car.

They will milk you until you get dry,regretted taking my car for seevice there,what shoild became a relieve turned inton a nightmare for me..Everytime you take yoir car for a service ,expect to be charged for something that is wrong in your car. My first experience with them was in 2025 when I took my car for service and my car was diagnosed with oill leakes and I was charge +-R60 000.This year was my 2nd experience with them when I took my car for srevice and thet the car was diagnosed with oil leakage again then the price doubled R150 000.I wondered why this was not completetely fixed first time.So it's all about making money not bulding a relationship of trust.Will never take my car there again.

I love BMW, but BMW must choose its partners carefully. BMW west rand enjoyed my money til it was time for them to show customer service. And try get a booking post warranty....they prefer customers with so they can milk it.

Was one of the best BMW branches. Now it looks like they have changed some staff and the service and quality has gone down a lot. Be ready to be overcharged and get cheated. I am in the process of escalating my issues with BMW South Africa. Me and my wife have been enjoying BMW cars for the longest time, but will need to start looking at other brands and getting rid of our cars as this service is unacceptable. Very sad.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the lack of transparency and communication surrounding the charges I have recently incurred. As previously stated, I was informed only of a standard diagnostic fee prior to the service being rendered. At no point was I advised of any additional costs, nor did I consent to any charges beyond what was initially communicated. To now be presented with an invoice amounting to nearly double the quoted fee—without prior disclosure or approval—is both unexpected and unacceptable. Clear and upfront communication regarding pricing is a fundamental aspect of professional and ethical service. Unfortunately, in this instance, that standard was not upheld. I hope this matter is reviewed seriously and appropriate steps are taken to ensure greater transparency and fairness in future client interactions

I tried calling the service department several times today. Every time they say service department is not available, give us your details and we’ll get someone to call you back. Nobody calls back. Absolutely pathetic service
