Was one of the best BMW branches. Now it looks like they have changed some staff and the service and quality has gone down a lot. Be ready to be overcharged and get cheated. I am in the process of escalating my issues with BMW South Africa. Me and my wife have been enjoying BMW cars for the longest time, but will need to start looking at other brands and getting rid of our cars as this service is unacceptable. Very sad.

Always check price for every item they charge you. Took my car in for a service, cost me R 12 788.94 They charged me R2 749.88 for spark splugs. You can get those same spark plugs from take a lot for R965.00 Also I phoned another service center and they said they charge R1600 for changing my spark plugs(labor and spark plugs included)
I have been driving Honda bikes for a long time now. I am a Honda fan, but I will not go to this Honda again. Next time I would rather going to the one in Sandton. My bike was at this Honda for a service and rear brake pads and disc replacement. They told me the break disc will be there on Friday. They never phoned me, so I called them the following Tuesday after which they informed me the part arrived Monday. After they were done with the service and replacement of parts, I collected my bike, while I was driving home my rear brake stopped working. When I got home it started working again but it is worse than before they changed it. I must push the rear brake until it cannot go anymore to get the brake to work even slightly. Honda bikes are so reliable, but it does not help if you have incompetent people working on them. Also halve of their staff does not wear facemasks in the time of COVID. Even when standing close to you and talking to you. Disgusting experience.
Château Gâteaux Illovo: Phoned them to make sure they have chocolate croissants in stock, because I was driving all the way from fourways. I told them to keep four for me and they said okay. When we got there 30 minutes later, they told us they don't make it and they have no idea what we are talking about. Even when we showed them our call history and they agreed we did phone the right number. I can't believe in time of covid where people are losing their jobs, this shop has incompetent employees.
Bad service and when you want to talk to the manager, she is too busy on her phone with her private calls to assist.
Tried to buy food on a Friday 12:40pm. I was not allowed access, because the managers were praying. Even though all the staff was working, and they let everyone that did an online order enter and get their food. So, they said if I order online, I can enter. I can't believe a restaurant denies service to client’s lunch time while they are supposed to be open. I will never support a Mochachos again. This was Mochachos, Sunninghill

Don't waste your time with these people. I asked them Friday morning if they would be able to fix my garage door. They said yes in the afternoon, but they cannot give me a time. I phoned them 15:45 in the afternoon to ask for an eta. The person told me they phoned me and I did not answer, I said that is not true. Then when he read my number back to me it was incorrect and the reason it was incorrect is because he wrote it down incorrectly from caller ID. He said he takes full responsibility for his mistake but they will only be able to help me on Monday now. Even though they only close at 17:00 and it is 15:45. That is not taking responsibility, that is making a stupid mistake and telling your client, well now that is your problem. Now I took leave from work for no reason and now I must do it again Monday for these people. I see there are a lot better companies out there that are will to help. Hydro doors said they will come help me on Saturday. Will comment tomorrow if that was a success and if it is, I would highly recommend going to them first.
