I love BMW, but BMW must choose its partners carefully. BMW west rand enjoyed my money til it was time for them to show customer service. And try get a booking post warranty....they prefer customers with so they can milk it.
My husband opened a Fibre account with vodacom in 2024. For 2 months in late 2024 we didn't have connection. We constantly called for assistance and after numerous ticket numbers and months of waiting in Jan of 2025 they tell us about back-up system. Note all this time they debited us but no connectivity. A few of our neighbors in the Schoemansville Hartbee****rt area complain as well. We ended up going for Afri-host. We are happy. Dear Vodacom til this day, after numerous requests for cancellation, you continue to debit is. Is this how you make your profits?? Our account number so you investigate. I9369305-7
Huge ****. Website looks good and their **** partner United Express Transport's website looks even better. They are so good they send you a tracking number which when you proceed to check it all makes you relax. They ask you for thermal crate rental, basically hitting you for R9k or so over and above the pet cost of R4.5k. Watch out. ****. ****. ****. I paid, they since stopped taking my calls or calling me....Armani Theodore from Kimberly, probably all **** details as well.
This morning, 26 Dec 2022, we bought 24 hotwings and they were rotten. Would have driven back but when we opened the bag were just before Dennilton.
I requested fibre installation in April 2020 but the installation only happened in January 2021. On the 28th of January 2021 my line was activated and days later I received an invoice for R7190 charging from April 2020. Since 7 February 2021 I have been on the phone daily with their customer care to resolve their incorrect billing. Peter Ganca, who is assigned my problem has not made contact to provide feedback. My issue continues but now I want cancelation. Aaaaaaargh.
I dropped my parcel on the 30th December and to date, 11 January 2021,parcel still not delivered. When I call 95% of the time they don't answer and in the 5% they answer you are placed on further hold or told your query will be resolved but isn't or that the courier will contact you and doesn't.
I was assisted by Safiyah fondling and she gave efficient service with all the detail relevant to my requirements.
