I have been experiencing issues with my vehicle post taking it to BMW Westrand in January where the brakes makes a screeching sound. I took it back multiple times (more than 4 times) and was even asked to bring proof of which i shared a video and i have a lot of them. They still did not fix it. I took it to BMW Sandton and still ,the issue persists. I sent an email to BMW Customer care - no response. The guy i spoke to by the name of Richman when i eventually decided to follow up, was so rude and told me that BMW can't help me. Now i have since been waiting for them to book my car in and give me a car since they said they want it for a couple of days and i need to be mobile. Please speak to them to fix my car.
I had my brake pads replaced toward the end of last year, and then additional brake work was done again in January. Since then, I have not been happy with my vehicle at all. Every time I reverse, the brakes make a horrible screeching sound. I have taken the car back to the dealership multiple times, and each time I am told that they have tested it and “cannot hear anything.” I was even asked to record a video of the sound while driving, which I did. Despite providing this evidence, I am now being told that nothing further will be done because they still “cannot hear the screeching.” This response is completely unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I am receiving from BMW Westrand. I am paying a significant amount for this vehicle, and it is unacceptable to be driving a car that screeches every time I reverse.
My car was dropped off at BMW Sandton ARC mid September for repairs, i am happy to share that i have received exceptional service from them. The work on my vehicle was completed in less than a month... Their turnaround time , to communication and ultimately the quality of the work that was done is just exceptional. Big ups and a Job well done to the team...A special thanks and gratitude to Penny Shilubane for ensuring that i am a happy client at the end of the day...Highly appreciated. May you do likewise to others as well
I took out a policy with integrisure for insurance. Upon doing so I was told by the broker that I don't have to take out care hire since it can be back dated at claims stage. I then spoke with another agent months later and she said no we need to add car hire for you. I asked if the vehicle would be automatic and she said yes, I was not taken through all the different options as a client so that I can be sure that what I have selected is indeed What I need. Right now at claims stage I am told that payments cannot be backdated which would enable me to at least get the vehicle that I will be comfortable with. I am very very angry regarding the process that was followed and also the withholding of information. As a client I am supposed to be taken through what the different available options are so that I can be able to make an informed decision but right now it's all my fault that I was added into a class that I am not comfortable with
I got a cellphone contract from Vodacom in 2021, during the second year of the contract I decided that I wanted to settle it. I was given a settlement amount which I paid at a vodacom shop. I then sent through the relevant documents to vodacom including the form. Right now in 2023 I started receiving emails from them that I owe them. I called the call center numerous of times and it was only then that they said the contract was canceled. My question is, what was the settlement amount for and why is a contract that was canceled back in 2021 still owing ? I then asked for this to be investigated and was promised a response, close to a month later I still have not received a response and now I am Being contacted by debt collectors. I refuse to pay for something that I am not using and for which I asked to be canceled.

Can someone please do something about the rudeness of some of Earthzone employees. Especially that Nigel guy. I always have the same issues with him, raising his voice like as if he is talking to a child. And Dina is not helpful as well. Same

Shahid and cohorts will take your cash and not deliver the service that they have promised. On top of that you will not receive any updates and they just stop taking your calls. If you appreciate your sanity stay away from these guys. I have been waiting for over a year for them to come and install my curtains... Till today
I placed an order online on the 14th of June. Had to make endless calls and send emails with no response to the call Centre. Ultimately after writing a review on this platform I received a response where I was promised that since my order had to be canceled due to unavailability of stock I would get my full refund of the money that I paid for my order which was R779. 00 to my surprise today I woke up. To a notification and only R499. 00 was paid. Where is the rest of my money. I haven't ordered anything more and I will not be receiving anything from poetry. Where is my money guys ?
