overcharged and non disclosure

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the lack of transparency and communication surrounding the charges I have recently incurred. As previously stated, I was informed only of a standard diagnostic fee prior to the service being rendered. At no point was I advised of any additional costs, nor did I consent to any charges beyond what was initially communicated.

To now be presented with an invoice amounting to nearly double the quoted fee—without prior disclosure or approval—is both unexpected and unacceptable. Clear and upfront communication regarding pricing is a fundamental aspect of professional and ethical service. Unfortunately, in this instance, that standard was not upheld.

I hope this matter is reviewed seriously and appropriate steps are taken to ensure greater transparency and fairness in future client interactions
