**Complaint:** I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of my cellphone insurance claim. I submitted my claim and was subsequently requested to provide supporting documentation, which I promptly submitted. My monthly premiums are fully paid and up to date. Despite my compliance with all requirements, there has been continuous back-and-forth communication without any meaningful progress or resolution. The process has become unnecessarily prolonged, and it now appears as though there is reluctance on the insurer’s part to finalise and honour my claim. When I initially took out the policy, I verified the IMEI number of my device during the onboarding call and was assured that the claims process would be smooth and efficient. However, my current experience has been quite the opposite. I kindly request that this matter be attended to urgently and that I be provided with clear communication regarding the status and expected resolution of my claim.

As previously stated, I was informed only of a standard diagnostic fee prior to the service being rendered. At no point was I advised of any additional costs, nor did I consent to any charges beyond what was initially communicated. To now be presented with an invoice amounting to nearly double the quoted fee—without prior disclosure or approval—is both unexpected and unacceptable. Clear and upfront communication regarding pricing is a fundamental aspect of professional and ethical service. Unfortunately, in this instance, that standard was not upheld. I hope this matter is reviewed seriously and appropriate steps are taken to ensure greater transparency and fairness in future client interactions
