BMW Zambezi is the biggest joke of a dealership

Worst service ever. Phone Jullian, the manager and the service department since this morning in total 81 calls was made from my phone to get the foreman to give me a call back but no luck at all. this place is a joke.. took both my and my wife car in for a service and both cars air box are full of dust and the air filter is dirty and not cleaned or replaced.
