Wrong Springs Installed without notifying anyone.
I had my garage springs replaced, 2 torsion springs, 4 wheel and a cable for R10150-00. Installers left and 3 days later the garage gave me the same error. I phoned another company for a second opinion and cost R1100-00 which they then told me the wrong springs are installed. I then phoned Garage Door and More and let them know about the issue, they came out and replaced the springs with the correct ones. Point is, would they ever have told me that it was the wrong springs if I did not get a second opinion? I don't think so. I requested the R1100-00 from Garage Door and more and they told me that they have not told me to get a second opinion. Last Point if you want to fix your garage twice for the same problem and twice the price, they are the guys for you

BMW Zambezi is the biggest joke of a dealership
Worst service ever. Phone Jullian, the manager and the service department since this morning in total 81 calls was made from my phone to get the foreman to give me a call back but no luck at all. this place is a joke.. took both my and my wife car in for a service and both cars air box are full of dust and the air filter is dirty and not cleaned or replaced.
