BNET / George = Top notch customer care

This is now the second time I have delt with George from BNET. What an amazing guy. He takes customer care and after sales to a different level. I had a problem with one of my dog feeders and send him a mail. He responded the same day. Did the analysis and send me a power supply at no cost. What a company and what a guy!!!
