BNET / George = Top notch customer care
This is now the second time I have delt with George from BNET. What an amazing guy. He takes customer care and after sales to a different level. I had a problem with one of my dog feeders and send him a mail. He responded the same day. Did the analysis and send me a power supply at no cost. What a company and what a guy!!! Thank you so much BNET and George>

BNET / George = Top notch customer care
This is now the second time I have delt with George from BNET. What an amazing guy. He takes customer care and after sales to a different level. I had a problem with one of my dog feeders and send him a mail. He responded the same day. Did the analysis and send me a power supply at no cost. What a company and what a guy!!! Excellent service
I bought a Bneta pet feeder through Amazon, which did not work. I wanted to return it but Amazon said that the product is ineligible for returns. I then contacted Bneta directly through their website not thinking that I will ever receive feedback. But I got contacted by George, told him what happened with Amazon, he arranged for the feeder to get picked up, he checked it, and send me a new one. That is excellent customer service in an age where we are used to automated responses and no service or accountability. Thank you George and Bneta

Excellent Service
I had the best customer experience of my life, dealing with BNeta South Africa. I bought 2 Dog feeders through OneDayOnly Jan 2023. The one feeder gave me issues a year or so back and they fixed it, NO COST. Then the other one started packing up. I logged a call and George Meyer contacted me. What a guy. They came and fetch from home, fixed it, and delivered it yesterday. George even send me documentation and videos on how to connect it to wifi again. Why can we not have more guys like George? Excellent service guys
