What a horrible airline. I wish that I had the forethought to read reviews before buying tickets. I am horrified by all the bad reviews on this site. They cancelled our flights, left us stranded and we had to buy tickets on another airline from another airport. After various emails and phone calls- many of which didn't get answered, they still refuse to refund us. Every time that I do get to speak to a person, they just say, no refund was requested, despite me sending numerous emails and speaking to people who said that they will process the refund. I can understand if we cancelled that we would not get refunded, but they cancelled so it should be their duty to pay us back. We should not have to request a refund over and over again.
I bought a Bneta pet feeder through Amazon, which did not work. I wanted to return it but Amazon said that the product is ineligible for returns. I then contacted Bneta directly through their website not thinking that I will ever receive feedback. But I got contacted by George, told him what happened with Amazon, he arranged for the feeder to get picked up, he checked it, and send me a new one. That is excellent customer service in an age where we are used to automated responses and no service or accountability. Thank you George and Bneta
They lost my entire website!!! It does not exist any more. I was with another hosting company for a few years, but they got extremely expensive and I could not keep up. So I contacted some companies and asked them I need a company that can migrate my site to them. They told me that they can migrate my website. And i told them that they have to go through it with me because I. First i had to buy a package with them and get the transfer number and unlock the other site. I paid, I gave them the number and unlocked the other site. and waited. Nothing happened. So I started contacting them asking them for help because on my profile it said 'transfer pending'. And I told them I am concerned because my hosting with the other company is going to expire and that I dont want to lose my data. here is what they told me on every contact: 1. the transfer is pending (which I already knew and that is why I contacted them 2. here is a link for you (the link was the link to their websites logon page) Other that the useless above info they gave me, the one time someone told me that they will keep an eye on the transfer and let me know when it is done. Another time they told me that I should pay my other hosting company to extend my hosting with that other company while this is 'pending' What horrible advice is that, then I could just have stayed with the other company from the start. On the day of the expiry of my other hosting service, i contacted them again with urgency to help becuase that was the last day the other hosting would be active. other than the usual answer, they told me to use the link and keep an eye on the transfer. At the end of the day I contacted them again telling them that everything as still pending and that nothing happened. Finally, later that night someone actually tried to help me, but it was to little to late. This person also told me that I was supposed to move over my one data- nobody told me that any of the other times that i contacted them. And that was that. My website is lost. Thousands of hours of work is gone with the added disappointment of having paid for that. I wish that I saw all these reviews of their horrible service before choosing them as a hosting company
