Acrylic nail breakage

I had my nails done at Boa Beauty Bar Table Bay Mall on Sunday 21 December 2025. I had a booking for acrylic nails. Upon doing my nails I noticed that the nail tech put the acrylic on VERY thinly and I asked the nail tech if it won’t break. Her response was “ no it won’t break because we I’m still going to put on the rubber base”. I took her word. 2 days later my nail is showing signs of breakage. I’ve contacted them asking the way forward and they said they can only fix the one nail.

My concern is that what happens if the rest of the nails start breaking? Keep in mind, I don’t do ANY heavy duty work and I’m VERY careful when it comes to my nails. I’m being told that once I leave the store it’s completely on me when something goes wrong. I paid so much to get it done. I’m demanding that they redo all the nails as I have trust issues with it.
