No buffers available to shine nails

I booked a medi pedi without polish at BOA Verdi in JHB. Without polish means that my nails would be buffed and shined. Caitlin did an amazing treatments however at the end of the treatment I asked if my nails will be buffed and shined. She informed me that it would not as there is no stock of buffers to shine the nails at the salon.

Completely unacceptable as this is a nail bar. Left with a sour experience as I had paid for the most expensive pedicure and have not received the full service.
