Perhaps it was my bad luck that i had a not-so-great experience. The salon is busy all the time. This is a good sign but here's why my experience was poor - the nail tech had a challenge with doing French gel nails and took a longer time as she had to keep doing corrections. The result was not-so-great and one of the nail tips starting lifting within a week. There are not enough driers for each chair so they have to keep hunting around for one to become available. The nail techs do not take pride in their own nails - my nail tech's nails were chewed on and dirty, The ladies on either side did not have presentable nails. Body odour and bad breath are also important personal hygiene matters especially given the proximity of nail tech to customer and neighbouring chairs. BOA, may i suggest that you train up all the nail techs adequately, let them use the products as their nails are a means of advertising too, get a drier per chair, and be more responsive on the Whatsapp channel. The big positive is the pricing is reasonable and the salon is neat, clean and very pretty.
