Poor online service and returns process

I bought a Kenwood blender on Black Friday, it was advertised as a glass jug but when I received it it was a Plastic jug.

The moment I received the delivery, I checked it was incorrect and called to log a return. This was on 4 December 2025. I have had numerous emails and phone calls to get this item collected and it is now the 14th of January and still no one can confirm when this item will be collected and refunded to me.

I even offered to send it back via courier to your warehouse and I was told that there is no returns process in place for Boardmans.
