The worst customer service ever received , I ordered a rash vest in nov it came in early dec I immediately emailed them for a size exchange to date I am still waiting for this item to be picked up they have been telling me a courier is coming for 3 weeks already nobody has come I needed the item for the 3rd , nobody picks up a phone to call and apologise it’s almost as if this is normal customer service at boardriders infant they should have long ago allowed us to charge in store this mess would have been avoided I am so annoyed
