The worst customer service ever received , I ordered a rash vest in nov it came in early dec I immediately emailed them for a size exchange to date I am still waiting for this item to be picked up they have been telling me a courier is coming for 3 weeks already nobody has come I needed the item for the 3rd , nobody picks up a phone to call and apologise it’s almost as if this is normal customer service at boardriders infant they should have long ago allowed us to charge in store this mess would have been avoided I am so annoyed
Worst customer service ever each time you email in and a agent does not know a response to the your query they tell you it’s due to not being able to offer you credit at this time but prior to your query nobody sends you such random credit checks emails , I am so annoyed what is the purpose of having a number to call in to it either rings to vmail or a mailbox says something agents take forever to respond I need a superior to contact me urgently !
Putride service , I have logged for a return on the 16th of April to date I am still awaiting it to be collected , I have emailed multiple times the lady takes her own sweet time to respond disgusting service Levi’s SA you should just allow us to to return it at a store !
Just here to give Daniel from Payflex a 10 out 10 for her friendly and speedy service in resolving my concerns and rectifying the matter
I have been a Payflex client for 4 or more years , today my account was blocked I emailed them advising of the issue the responded say they can’t offer my credit at this point I have never missed a payment even though I have been flagged under debt review my payments was onetime , I would like for them to explain why they took my credit away
Good day , I need someone from the debt review department to call me I have been emailing and calling but I hold on the ivr until the call cuts
Yesterday at 6 pm my sister forget her phone in the uber they tried running after him immediately when they noticed as he was close and he sped off they tried calling him he blocks there calls , uber protects there drivers and make it impossible to log a issue in behalf of someone else each time I dry to call he’s number uber says I need to have account I have all the driver info I need assistance in how to get him to return the phone

Disgusting service , I was auto assessed on the 7th of July it showed I owed SARS money because they didn’t use my medical aid certificate the same thing they did last year , I manually submitted it on the 15th July 21 working day to validate one simple document has now turned into 30 days and nobody can give me a answer as to when it will be attended to , I am highly irritated and want this resolved last year they garnished my salary for the silly fault
Last week and Thursday Dischem online and app had to the Huggies value packs Priced at 179 and also a buy 1 get one free , order was placed and paid for successfully the Friday morning I woke to email stating that I was refunded to the store I chose to collect at not having the size and quantity.. the evening Dischem released a statment advising that they had a system glitch in the price and promo was incorrect and that we would be refunded , however unfortunately the system glitch is not the customers fault and we all know what the customer see the customer pays , I’ve sent them a email with my concerns regarding the statement and also the lack of there customer service in not even trying to meet the customer half to apologise for the inconvenience caused by THERE SYSTEM GLITCH they have not responded since and refunded me I do not want a refund I want the item purchased
