Bobbi Brown at Woolworths Clearwater is the best due to the consultant situated at that branch and they offer great specials at times. The prices are on par with anywhere else so my preferred choice is this branch because of the consultant. Her name is Lemo and she gives exceptional service from being utmost professional, extremely friendly and just fun to talk to and letting her apply the styles to your eyes, she is highly skilled in the product range and very experienced in makeup makeovers or makeup applications. Bobbi Brown Smokey eye mascara, charcoal eyeliner, eyeshadow crayons and eye Brown mascara products are simply the best. Lemo is just amazing and she makes the brand shine. I love the Bobbi Brown brand so much more now because of Lemon and an excellent product going hand in hand as it's all I use for eye, eyebrow and blush makeup.

Don't buy off their website. The phone number provided doesn't exist, the email link to contact them that way doesn't exist, the other phone number I found is obviously a global call centre based somewhere in Eastern Europe that doesn't care about what goes on in South Africa, they run **** promotions with no intention of delivering the gift with purchase, it's an absolute abomination a service.

Don't buy off their website. The phone number provided doesn't exist, the email link to contact them that way doesn't exist, the other phone number I found is obviously a global call centre based somewhere in Eastern Europe that doesn't care about what goes on in South Africa, they run **** promotions with no intention of delivering the gift with purchase, it's an absolute abomination a service.

I purchased some items at Bobbi Brown Edgar’s Sandton City. I was assisted by Simangele. Beside the excellent products they have her product knowledge was exceptional . She above and beyond to assist me. What a brilliant experience from a great brand

Seems my time is wasted writing this review as similar complaint & the company doesn’t respond… trying to purchase an online offering that wasn’t able to go through the paygate so they say it’s either that the (advertised) offer is no longer available or there’s no stock. I contact their customer service (not service oriented I’d like to add ) and they say nothing they can do. Can’t or won’t? I’m escalating this to their holding company Estée Lauder. Maybe they’d like to do something about it unless they’re just too big now to ‘service’

Good evening , On the 27 of March 2023 I bought two shades from Bobbi brown . The first order arrived 3 days after it was placed , upon delivery I learnt that it’s a wrong shade . I called immediately to inform them and I was told to wait for the second order and bring it back then . I called them on numerous occasions to let them know I’m still waiting, they assured that my order was with the courier company known as Amerax . On the 26 of April I received a refund into my account without communication I decided to call and make a follow up about my order that was not resolved and needs to be exchanged. They apologised and promised to address my query .They forwarded a form to fill and E mailed it back and that was 3 weeks ago . Despite the pathetic service I received I remained loyal to them because I love the product on the 27th of June I made another purchase worth R1600 And sent another email to find out when this matter is going to be attended to date nothing .. The level of incompetency is unacceptable

I’m shocked with the lack of service and communication I’ve received from Bobbi Brown after buying a substantial amount of products from them online this Black Friday. Most importantly, their website is dodgy and not secure so beware! I caught a transaction on my cc listed under a similar name to Bobbi Brown i.e. a fraudster who had obviously managed to get my card details online via my transaction with their website. I attempted to get in contact with the brand in several occasions, as I thought they had transacted over R2000 from my card and I was trying to get some sort of invoice or explanation from them. I then discovered that it was an imitation account. To this day, no one from BB has gotten back to me and I feel like if someone on their side had looked in for his sooner then I could have resolved this sooner myself too. Luckily, the bank has returned by money however I have now cancelled my card and will NEVER use the BB website again. Secondly, I am pretty certain that I bought over R1500 of product on Black Friday to qualify for a free lipstick, but when I was emailed the invoice the amount was reduced to R1450 as one of the products had been billed at 50% off (instead of 30% off site wide, as advertised in their Black Friday marketing campaign). When the products arrived one of the lip glosses was not in the colour I had ordered and I have also tried to contact them to exchange it but again cannot get hold of anyone. The social media team just directs you to a whatapp robot that is incapable of resolving any query. Their phone number up on the website also doesn’t work. I can’t even list their email address below for them to get this feedback because they have NO email on their website. For a global brand.. just shocking really.
