Don't buy lotto from Capitec
I have a few issues but the final straw is them not paying out Lotto winnings from tickets bought via the app. I was told by 'customer services' to contact Lotto directly, when I asked to speak to a supervisor I hung on for 5 minutes and then the line went dead.

Stay away
Don't buy off their website. The phone number provided doesn't exist, the email link to contact them that way doesn't exist, the other phone number I found is obviously a global call centre based somewhere in Eastern Europe that doesn't care about what goes on in South Africa, they run **** promotions with no intention of delivering the gift with purchase, it's an absolute abomination a service.

DISGUSTING
The hubcabs ofthe rental were ******, they charged me over the odds to replace, I paid the charge November last year, they phoned and phoned and phoned to demand the payment I had already made and now I've had a notifictation that they're handing over my account and threatening me with credit blacklisting. THE MOST DISGUSTING COMPANY EVER.
