Absolute excellent service, very professional, easy purchaser, super fast delivery and product in excellent condition got what I ordered. They deserve 5 star rating. Was the first time to buy from My Perfume Shop. Will definitely continue to buy from it. Very happy.
Bobbi Brown at Woolworths Clearwater is the best due to the consultant situated at that branch and they offer great specials at times. The prices are on par with anywhere else so my preferred choice is this branch because of the consultant. Her name is Lemo and she gives exceptional service from being utmost professional, extremely friendly and just fun to talk to and letting her apply the styles to your eyes, she is highly skilled in the product range and very experienced in makeup makeovers or makeup applications. Bobbi Brown Smokey eye mascara, charcoal eyeliner, eyeshadow crayons and eye Brown mascara products are simply the best. Lemo is just amazing and she makes the brand shine. I love the Bobbi Brown brand so much more now because of Lemon and an excellent product going hand in hand as it's all I use for eye, eyebrow and blush makeup.
UNBELIEVABLE service. Words cannot describe how great Dotsure is. All I can say is that non-members should join to understand what I mean. Then they will comprehend and might even have the same issues like me ... wishing our personal medical aid gave the same service as Dotsure - (such a pity they only do medical aid for animals), E.g. when you submit a claim to your medical aid for a claim for yourself and they take three weeks to refund you after you called a few times to find out what is happening as you dont hear from your personal medial aid on submitted claims whereas your pets medical aid being Dotsure takes 7 minutes (yes I timed it) to approve a claim on submission and the best thing is the money is in your account the next day whilst you are still waiting for your personal medical aid to refund you for a doctors visit. If fact I always receive the refund from Dotsure already in my account because of their lightning fast turnaround time for approval and payment almost simultaneously of the vet's debit appearing on my bank statement (due to the 24 hour delayed process with banks) that is how fast they are to refund you. Its great when you have just paid the vet a large sum and when you see your bank account Dotsure credit almost appears before the debit. Where you get a get well card the very next day from Dotsure for your pet or sometimes even a follow up call to see how your animal is doing v battling for your personal medical to pay you your invoice of three weeks back and you calling them ! that is when you wish Dotsure had medical aid for persons as well. My recommendation is if you not a client and not sure - dont think twice join they are amazing.
H&M Sandton City is the worst branch. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They have no care for customers and service is shocking
I recently interacted with Gerhard of Dalhard Solutions who provide gym equipment repairs and services. They are absolutely amazing. From my first contact with Gerhard in bringing the defect of my exercise bicycle to his attention to repairing the side panel of my exercise bike I received exceptional service. The turn around time from get go to coming to my home was 5 business days. They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable with all gym products. The team who came to my home was superb. They sorted out the issue within 10 minutes perfectly. They knew exactly what to do, arrived with the exact correct part, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist in replacing the broken part fitting it perfectly. Its seldom to get excellent service from companies anymore and it was just wonderful knowing that you can still get reliable companies who offer amazing service with quality and friendliness. I highly recommend Gerhard and his team for any gym repairs or to source you gym equipment as Dalhard Solutions works in a very safe environment offering you good quality goods or service and can be totally trusted, helping you to find the perfect gym equipment you need or to repair any gym equipment without issues.
Woolworths dash app and online shopping for dash deliveries is the worst ever. The woolies app has not been working properly for over 2 weeks and I cant purchase anything via the dash app. They have confirmed that several customers are having issues yet they are doing nothing to fix the problem. You can resort to buying via the online website but there is no dash delivery option available its only available on a dysfunctional app therefore you cant order food urgently - totally unreliable. In addition navigating the app is terrible. Most uselessl app on earth. compared to their competitors such as Sixty 60 or PicknPay they are way far behind. Its a pity because my preference is purchasing from Woolworths but not I'm forced to buy elsewhere because of their dysfunctional nonworking app.
Dotsure is absolutely amazing. My two cats are insured with Dotsure. Chanley Smee assisted me the last time non 26 May 2025. I was paid out my claim within 2 hours of submitting an invoice. I submitted the invoice as soon as I got back from the vet. I have never experienced such amazing service and wish my own private medical aid that covers me could be as good as Dotsure pet insurance. Submitting a claim is so effortless, its so easy, You immediately get an sms stating your claim has been submitted and you keep getting updates via SMS. Their portals is so easy. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I cant believe that I never got insurance through them before with my other pets. My nephew is insured with them and he told me about them and I dont regret one minute. I also get get well cards for my cats each time that they go to the vet and I submit a claim. Dotsure is truly the best!! I just submitted a claim now for my other cat and it was approved within 5 minutes. Can you believe it - five minutes - not hours not days not weeks but 5 minutes. I had to have X-rays done and my entire claim was approved and payment will be made in the next few days. Knowing them now Il probably get the refund by tomorrow. I just love Dotsure and cannot describe their service and so wish all other service providers could learn from them.
Amazing amazing client services and offerings. Im astounded and its so pleasing to know there are companies in South Africa who still go the extra mile for clients. New customer signed up yesterday. Unbelievably Easy and Astin Moses from Dotsure was extremely professional and friendly and from the outset she made me feel comfortable and just wanting to sign up. Their medical aid packages are great and now my fury children too have medical aid. If I could give Dotsure and Astin Moses 10 stars I would.
Absolute shocking terrible service. Accounts department is not interested in assisting whatsoever. They have no knowledge of the issue at hand, give you the wrong advice. I just wanted to change my date for a debit order, not the bank details. It has taken me over a week. I have called them three to four times a day. Each accounts clerk does not know how to attend to this from telling me to go into my banking app to approve it which I tried stupidly and there was nothing there to going onto their portal. You wait over 20 minutes for your call to be answered. The accounts clerks are rude and put the phone down on you. They don't respond to emails. They are the worst service provider in South Africa. I am posting this in the hope that they will respond to my query but I am not hopeful as i see that they don't even care as they dont respond to any complaints on hellopeter.
I wish there was an option for minus five star. I wish I read the reviews before taking my Canon Printer to Partserve Limbro Park. The worst service ever encountered. I took my 4 year old printer in because it printed red lines down the page horizontally on portrait documents and vertically on emails and because the printer was suddenly pulling the pages though as if to print double sided when not double side print thus double time to print single sided pages which was a printer setting on the printer (not on a computer as even my IT guys could not fix this on my computer. I got the quote and I was billed just under R6 000,00 for repairs. I can buy a new Laser Canon printer that also does multiple scanners for R1 950.00. I noted the actual job work quoted was minimal as the only work they quoted was to replace foam roller, feed and separation rollers totalling R1 245,98 and that R4 000,00 was for 2 new Canon original toners (the magenta and yellow (total R6 000,00) which I did not ask for as I did not go there to purchase new toner consumables but to fix my printer. The back-office staff are unfriendly and difficult to talk to as the lady who initially took my call was rude and constantly interrupting me when I called to discuss the quote. The lady was insistent that they could not fix my printer unless I bought new toner as they apparently could not test the printer without original Canon toner and was pushing me to accept the quote as is. When I refused she was reluctant to assist me further and I got the impression it was all about selling me new toner at a very high cost of R1 995,00 per colour. I found this strange as I brought in the printer with 4 colour toners of a Canon compatible toner purchased from a well-established company where the toners were not empty when I brought in the printer (nor were the toners empty after I got my printer back still defective as a side note). In addition, there were 4 colours in the printer yet I was billed for only 2 originals so if they allege they could not test the printer by forcing me to buy 2 new toners why did they not quote me for 4 original toners. I felt they are ripping me off. The lady assured me that the work quoted would take away the red lines and fix the pulling of the pages. The next day I was informed the printer was fixed and ready for collection but I obviously had to pay the full bill upfront and send proof of payment. It took me 3 hours again to travel to Limbro Park and waiting time as the printer was not ready for collection keeping me waiting for almost an hour. I don’t know what they did to the printer as there was no difference. It still printed the exact same red lines and it still pulls the pages as if printing double sided. They obviously never tested the printer because if they did they would have seen nothing changed yet made me believe it is fixed. I called back to complain and asked for a refund. They insisted that the problem was because I would not let them instal the 2 new original Canon Cartridges at R1 995,00 per toner despite keeping the other 2 toners (black and cyan) that were not original in the printer which was “ok”. I just did not understand this. They offered to collect the printer. I then googled what the problem is when a printer prints red lines and on a Canon laser printer it is stated that the nozzles are either dirty or the printer head is damaged from wear and tear - far from anything to do with rollers that they replaced. I sent the link to the website to the manager which covers this issue for inkjet and laser printers. He obviously did not read the link as his reply was that I have an inkjet printer and not a laser printer had he read the link properly he would have seen that the article deals with laser printers below inkjet printers and he insisted that the problem was because I did not agree to instal the 2 toners they quoted which to me appeared to be the only thing they are stuck on - to sell new toners. I asked for an upfront estimate of what it would cost to clean a nozzle on a printer or change a printhead as they surely would know what they would charge before I was willing to give them my printer as I feared that they would fetch my printer from my home, bill me 2 hours travelling if I did not accept their quote for whatever amount it would now be as I just don’t trust this company anymore and that if I then refused to pay the high quote they would hold a lien over my printer. They refused to give me an estimate before and insisted on collecting my printer and refused to refund me but are so quick to insist on full payment upfront and not do the job. I doubt they even changed the foam roller as I took a photo of it before bringing in the printer and the one in the printer is exactly the same –as you can see it has been used substantially before and is definitely not new. Having regard to the fact that they did not fix my printer at all in the first place, did not test if after it was so called repaired, gave me the indication that they don’t know what they are doing by quoting to replace foam rollers and separation trays for a job where they should have looked at the nozzles and printer head and I don’t know how a separation roller will change the setting on the printer when printing single sided pages. I was not going to take the chance of incurring more costs and them holding a lien over my printer if I did not pay their future unknown costs and I had no guarantee they would fix the problem. They still refuse to refund me. I will never go near this company. I then followed the simple steps in the link I sent the manager to repair a printer with red lines and guess what - I fixed my own printer. It now no longer makes red lines and I still have the same toner in my printer that I had that they wanted to replace. The only issue now is still the pulling of the pages as if it is printing double sided when not double sided but I can live with that. I understand there is a much better company in Sandton working on Epson printers and all other printers and that Partserve don’t hold the monopoly and I elect to never go near this company again in the future but to go to their competitor.
