This courier service is completely useless.
My parcel was collected on the 30th of April and today is the 6th of May, and I still do not have it. It was marked out for delivery at 08:58, and somehow they still managed to log two “delivery failed” attempts later that same day. No one arrived, no one called, nothing. Just updates on a system that clearly does not reflect reality.
How do you go from out for delivery to failed delivery twice without even attempting to contact the customer? It is either pure incompetence or deliberate dishonesty to cover missed deliveries.
The tracking is misleading, the service is non existent, and the communication is zero.
Avoid this courier if you actually want to receive your parcel.
