Bob Go no accountability, No Clue
Why is there no Zero Star option. From all the moneymaking ****s out there this one is tops. Allegedly provides a courier service to online shops, however, as soon as the "Stuff"{ hits the fan, they are very quick to pass the blame to the "Courier" Partner. Bob Go makes money from selling services, and hope the Courier will perform their part, no accountability. 7 working days and counting for a 3 - 4 day main center delivery. Neither Bob Go or Fastway (Pun for slowest courier) have any clue where the parcel is, 3 different lies. Cancelled this R6k+ order with supplier, go figure.

I do want to clarify one important point, not to deflect responsibility, but to give context. Bob Go is not the courier itself. We are a shipping platform that merchants use to book deliveries with multiple courier partners, including Fastway. The physical collection, movement, and delivery of parcels are handled by the selected courier.
That said, we absolutely do not believe that explaining this means stepping away from accountability. When something goes wrong on a delivery booked through our platform, it is still our responsibility to engage the courier, escalate the issue, and keep the merchant informed. From what you’ve described, that experience clearly fell short, and I’m sorry that you were left feeling passed around instead of properly supported.
A delay of this length on a main centre route is not acceptable, and the lack of clear, consistent feedback only adds to the frustration. Your feedback has been noted internally and will be addressed with the courier partner involved, as well as within our own support processes.
We understand how situations like this affect trust, and I’m truly sorry that this experience led to a cancelled order and such a negative impression of our service.
