Not even deservany of a 1 star. Utterly incompitent, and zero integrity. 3 Phone calls, 3 different support people, 3 different "stories" of where our long lost and overdue parcel may find itself.
Wow, Impressed. Silly season may be apon up, yet this courier managed to deliver our parcel cross country in less than 2 working days, Picked up in Cape Town on Thursday Afternoon, delivered Monday Morning. Hope most their deliveries run like this. Maybe just the luck of the draw. Would definitivly give the a shot at my next delivery.
Why is there no Zero Star option. From all the moneymaking ****s out there this one is tops. Allegedly provides a courier service to online shops, however, as soon as the "Stuff"{ hits the fan, they are very quick to pass the blame to the "Courier" Partner. Bob Go makes money from selling services, and hope the Courier will perform their part, no accountability. 7 working days and counting for a 3 - 4 day main center delivery. Neither Bob Go or Fastway (Pun for slowest courier) have any clue where the parcel is, 3 different lies. Cancelled this R6k+ order with supplier, go figure.
If there was a Zero Star rating, this would be where I would leave it. Online purchase on Monday 20th January. Been waiting for that "your order is ready for collection" email. Nope, wishful thinking. It never came. Friday 24th, let's take a drive out to the Germiston Branch and see if the order is ready. Nope, oh, hey, wait, you ordered from us. Customer Care and efficiency is clearly AWOL at this establishment. The Lady at dispatch that finally tried to do some damage control was great. But not great enough for me to go through the trouble of ordering another 100 x 500g of Silica gel. Just wanted to ensure it was indeed what I was looking for. I will rather buy elsewhere, even at a premium, than experiencing this low standard in customer care. Appalling service.
Worst Service Provider we ever used since Telkom. It's been a couple of years since our terrible experience with RSAWEB. would be a disgrace to even mention it. Worst part is that we are unable to get them to remove us from their mailing list, direct calls, unsubscribe requests, phone calls, nada. Its Like a promiscuous ex thinking that you would have forgotten about her dirty deeds years ago and take her back.
I have not been Upington my Yoco for quite some time, could not get it to update. Then got a warning that my sim card would expire in the next 7 days. I still wanted to fix the problem. 3 days later I called. Got assistent by TAMIA. I can honestly say that this has been the best telephonic support I have EVER received. Very professional and went out of her way to assist fixing my problem. All I can say is WOW. Unexpected lepel of Service. Well done.
Waste of time. List, Offer, Take vehicle. Wow this vehicle is in mint condition, why do you want to sell? I need confirmation form HQ. Will call you on Monday. Weelee followed up twice on the weekend. Gave them all the info. Monday came, Monday gone. No call, no follow up! After trying to get hold of WeeLee for a couple of days! OH! we will follow up, or list it again! So If they cant find anything on the Car to force a price down, they don't honour their offers?
Worse Customer Service I've ever experience. Not ever the Government Services can top this. Quick to sell, after that its all downhill. Line Speed not activated as advertised, then they blame poor line speeds. OpenServe Technician confirmed RSAWeb never requested the line upgrade. 2 weeks on lower line speed, yet they still bill for full line speed, Everything gets transferred to the Projects Department" and..... that's where it stops. 1 month after my cancellation requests, I still need to prove to them that they did not deliver on line speed, promotional items like a "free 1gb LTE sim card" "Free mini UPS" I was billed for these items on cancellation, took them a month to remove the cost, and now apparently I have to stay another month as cancellation will only be processed today. with a cancellation fee for installation on an existing line.
Yet again, two years after my last disappointment, .. lets try takealot again. nothing has changed, still pathetic. delivered something that resembled what i ordered. and not they have to review what i need to return. It would have been much easier to relief what i ordered, before they ship it on delivery. Which is worse? Telkom, Eskom or Takealot. Takealot = stealalot / liealot. this time was the LAST TIME
Biggest bunch of crooks. Took me for a ride from 2011 thru 2016. Promises promises. Finally got them to stop stealing more money. And today they call me again. Did you not steal enough. You may gladly call me to pay my funds back. Else, take a hike and move on. You need to go to jail. Bunch of criminals. Con artists. Scammers
