The owner Mr Lance Peters fires employees then does not remove their names from the UIF log, when you request a letter from him to prove that you are no longer employed for Reflecta. He first ignore yours emails then blocks the ex-employee after he says that he will send the letter that proves that the employee no longer works for him. Why cant he just give the letter.

Extremely poor service. Wrong chemicals supply and no assistance to resolve the issue at all. No Feedback, No Communication. Absolutely terrible after sales service

If there was a Zero Star rating, this would be where I would leave it. Online purchase on Monday 20th January. Been waiting for that "your order is ready for collection" email. Nope, wishful thinking. It never came. Friday 24th, let's take a drive out to the Germiston Branch and see if the order is ready. Nope, oh, hey, wait, you ordered from us. Customer Care and efficiency is clearly AWOL at this establishment. The Lady at dispatch that finally tried to do some damage control was great. But not great enough for me to go through the trouble of ordering another 100 x 500g of Silica gel. Just wanted to ensure it was indeed what I was looking for. I will rather buy elsewhere, even at a premium, than experiencing this low standard in customer care. Appalling service.

"I recently reached out regarding purchase of medical grade distilled water I urgently require for medical reasons, but despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone, they have completely ignored my calls and failed to return any messages. This lack of responsiveness is incredibly frustrating and demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer concerns. I would strongly advise others to reconsider doing business with a company that clearly does not value customer service.

Do not buy from these people!! Rather take your cash and flush it down the loo.. at least you'll have the satisfaction of disappearing it yourself. Everyone seems to be very uneasy with the truth. No order for 4 months now and Mandy, Bianca and unfortunately, the owner, Lance Peters, all promised to sort this mess out... and not once did any of them come back to me. They all promise to sort it right away... but nothing happens. Stay away.

I placed an order in August. Never got any communication regarding the stock collection unless I emailed them. When they finally rep**** and I went to collect the stock, the order was incomplete regardless of the fact that I was told the order is ready for collection. It is now mid November and I have still not received my stock. I logged a complaint on the website regarding the matter as I emailed them twice and never got a reply. I did not even get feedback after logging a complaint. I have been very friendly and understanding, but now I have come to the conclusion that my money has been ****** by this company as I paid in full but only received a few of the items in my order. I will never order from Reflecta again and do not recommend. Hoping that this review will help me get a refund

I have used this company for the past few months and every time there is a problem with keeping to their own delivery times. its either delivered on time but short stock or delivery is delayed. Orders are confirmed with stock on hand and when its time to dispatch there is a stock problem. Pricing is fair but like they say sometimes its better to pay a fraction more elsewhere if the service is better. There's no way anyone can build a business by purchasing stock from this company you will be let down and your client will be stressing you after you received ETAs from Reflects only for them to disappoint.

I have used this company for the past few months and every time there is a problem with keeping to their own delivery times. its either delivered on time but short stock or delivery is delayed. Orders are confirmed with stock on hand and when its time to dispatch there is a stock problem. Pricing is fair but like they say sometimes its better to pay a fraction more elsewhere if the service is better. I place an order with them 4 days ago and my order still shows status of Processing. The shipping when I placed the order says 2-4 working days to get my goods, but after 4 days I am still waiting. I contacted them via their whatsapp link on their website, but no response from them.
