I am extremely disappointed with the service from AVO which is a Nedbank department in the sale of my vehicle to a dealership which I have received the best possible price for my vehicle. I have done everything I had to do but someone in that department is dragging their feet. Can the Assist sales department of Nedbank MFC start doing their damn job. How do you call me on a Tuesday and then contact the dealership and then when it’s the Thursday on the day we agreed I should hand over the vehicle then Assisted Sales department ghosts me the whole week. I waited over 2 hours on the telephone with screenshots of how long I had to wait and still not speak to anyone ????!! Get your house in order. This is part of customer Service after sales !!!

I ordered 12 projectors online on the 14/03/2025 around 7am the morning today is the 26/03/2025 at 19:35pm I only received half of the order on Monday 24/03/2025. They said the order is coming from different branches. Please explain to me even if it’s coming from 12 branches they all got the order on the same day the 14/03/2025. How long does it take to pick and pack and dispatch an order ? This is the worse service ever I will never ever recommend anyone to purchase from them. I call in to track my order all they say they will open a ticket to the next department nobody to resolve my issue. Please do not purchase anything from them online based on this service. I could’ve walked to JHB from Cape Town and get the stock by now. And they said delivery in 3-5 days ??????
I have used this company for the past few months and every time there is a problem with keeping to their own delivery times. its either delivered on time but short stock or delivery is delayed. Orders are confirmed with stock on hand and when its time to dispatch there is a stock problem. Pricing is fair but like they say sometimes its better to pay a fraction more elsewhere if the service is better. There's no way anyone can build a business by purchasing stock from this company you will be let down and your client will be stressing you after you received ETAs from Reflects only for them to disappoint.
Had fibre installed few months back and only used it for 1 month due to moving homes. Asked for cancellation and have been paying for 6 months without using it
I don’t understand how we supposed to use a whatsapp line for communication when the communication is so delayed and poor. The service is poor. Having to cancel a month to month like shouldn’t take hours to cancel just to get to speaker to someone.

Insufficient communication and service after lodging my claim. I have been calling it keeps telling me they experiencing high call volumes. 2 claims before this no issues. This claim terrible no follow ups NOTHING.
