Great products terrible customer service. I placed an order on 6 Dec and sent an email 8 Dec requesting ETA for microfibre towels as I needed to have goods delivered by 12 Dec. I got a response from Belinda Hayes to say it should reach me by then as it should reach couriers 9 Dec. I receive a call yesterday from Caitlin Slade "sorry problem with an item on your order". I reiterate need for 12 Dec delivery. Today she responds, it went to the courier's yesterday whether it reaches you on time is on them.
