If I could give zero stars, I would. We inherited Bodacious Group through the previous property owner, and it’s been a nightmare from day one. Their service is absolutely appalling — constant issues, overcharging tenants without explanation, and complete incompetence when it comes to basic service delivery.
When we gave notice to terminate, Bodacious deliberately delayed the handover, leaving our tenants without electricity for four days. When we escalated the issue to the owner, they acted like a spoiled child instead of a professional service provider. After much back-and-forth, we finally managed to get the handover codes — only to be invoiced three months later, long after cancellation!
This is hands down the WORST company we’ve ever dealt with. Do NOT use Bodacious Group. Absolute joke of an owner and a company. Stay far away.
