If I could give zero stars, I would. We inherited Bodacious Group through the previous property owner, and it’s been a nightmare from day one. Their service is absolutely appalling — constant issues, overcharging tenants without explanation, and complete incompetence when it comes to basic service delivery. When we gave notice to terminate, Bodacious deliberately delayed the handover, leaving our tenants without electricity for four days. When we escalated the issue to the owner, they acted like a spoiled child instead of a professional service provider. After much back-and-forth, we finally managed to get the handover codes — only to be invoiced three months later, long after cancellation! This is hands down the WORST company we’ve ever dealt with. Do NOT use Bodacious Group. Absolute joke of an owner and a company. Stay far away.

I've been a landlord with Landstar properties for over 5 years. My portfolio manager, Angelique, is professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. She has removed the admin burdens I used to deal with and has connected me with effective contractors to keep my buildings in good shape. Rowena, the rental agent, is very experienced in the old South and has helped me avoid bad tenants. Mike, the owner, is reachable and continues to give me fair, accurate and honest advise about my investment decisions. All in all, it's a great team, with a great level of service delivery.
Wow... where to begin. I first contacted MasterCare on 29th of April 2022 with an issue with our tumble dryer. It's now the 19th of August and the dryer is STILL BROKEN! They claim to be masters of appliances - what a JOKE! They sent us 3 unqualified technicians who all claimed there were different issues with the dryer. Eventually they ordered parts, which took 6 weeks to arrive, and they never ONCE kept us informed. We constantly had to chase them. Finally, the new part arrived and technician number 4 said something else was wrong. I send them weekly emails and they just don't care. I hope they go out of business! AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE TERRIBLE
I bought a Hex Collection map with the intention of giving it to my friend for his birthday. They promised it would be delivered within 2 weeks. 6 weeks have past and I am still empty handed. I have emailed them on a regular basis with weak responses... I am done trying to be fair and patient. I'm not sure if this company is legit, but my experience has been utterly poor. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to this company. Really disappointed!!!
