Hex no delivery 3 months - no response to emails
Hex have not delivered on the items bought for 3 months, emailed them , replied once and now the email is deactivated. Terrible service, no refund and no item delivered. Would not recommend them to anyone

Hex Collections = scam
Hi Guys, I purchased four traveller's maps in mid-December for Christmas presents and am yet to receive anything. I emailed "Hex Collections" this pm and my email bounced back promptly. After reading some reviews online, it doesn't appear that any such company exists and/or that any of its "customers" have ever received their purchases...some purchased two months ago. Hex' site is down and there's no domain related to it in existence. I've since spoken with my credit card provider, who are now looking into this transaction and shall retract the sum upon completion. My advice is: get on the phone with your bank and start asking them to investigate and retrieve your money. A bit of a sour aftertaste from this whole experience as I expected Instagram to be more diligent with where their ad money comes from. Lesson learned.

6 weeks later and I STILL haven't received my parcel or received ANY help!!!
I bought a Hex Collection map with the intention of giving it to my friend for his birthday. They promised it would be delivered within 2 weeks. 6 weeks have past and I am still empty handed. I have emailed them on a regular basis with weak responses... I am done trying to be fair and patient. I'm not sure if this company is legit, but my experience has been utterly poor. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to this company. Really disappointed!!!
