Afrihost long installation time
If you are looking for a quick installation and customer service, Vumatel and Afrihost are note the ones to contact. Has been over a week since ordering and have heard nothing for installation. There service lines are always busy and have long waiting times and they will not contact you if there is an issue with the order, they wait for you to call in. Still have no internet or a date for when they will connect it. They say 3 days to install on the website, however that is the modem only so very miss leading and I still have yet to receive the modem a week later anyway.

RapidRates incompetency
Used the company to register with the COJ. They incorrectly registered the residential address and refuse to correct it when contacted. They are very unprofessional and refuse to help correct that it is not part of their job. Recommend not to use this company for anything.

Hex no delivery 3 months - no response to emails
Hex have not delivered on the items bought for 3 months, emailed them , replied once and now the email is deactivated. Terrible service, no refund and no item delivered. Would not recommend them to anyone
