On the 10th October 2018 I sent a request to terminate membership to Kyalami corner branch, I was suprised to still see debit orders in April 2019. 1. I don't think my email was ambiguous with regards to my request to cancell, so I do not understand what else you waited for instead of proceeding with the necessary cancelation communication process.
2. You ignored my cancellation request as a result it is costing me addional money over and above the monthly debits that you have been continuing with.
3. I canceled from your branch because of the booking system was unreliable which wasted a lot of my time and energy. At times I would not get any communication from you when requesting to move out my training session or requesting confirmation of the time I need to come in that week. This was painful and in September we only managed to align only two sessions for that entire month and I had to find other personal trainer to catch up on my training targets.
You were also not communicating regularly on the booking issues which left me with no choise but to cancell and exit.
I do understand stand you have franchise obligations but I also have financial obligations not to keep wasting my time and money where there was very little value and no management concern.
