HORRIBLE RESULTS

I am not happy with Bodyframe at all. I had micro blading done which required a follow up appointment which I had to pay for as well. After my eyebrows healed the first time I noticed very big gaps and very little difference. I then went for the second session....2 weeks later I saw that the second session didn't make a difference either. I contact the owner and she told me that my brows haven't healed properly and that I should give it time. A month later I sent the owner pictures of the mess on my face and she then tells me that she had advised her staff that if a client has little to no facial hair they should rather recommend doing ombre. She then said that she recommends that I come back for ombre at a discount after I had already paid R1200

I feel that the staff there should know better and that they are now just trying to cover up mistakes. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because they clearly don't know what they are doing and don't understand what works for what skin
