I opened a funeral policy with Bokamoso in August 2020.The package that I took pays out R10000, the follow month I decided to change or upgrade my package to a R15000 and I started pay for it in september which was R230. One of my family member died in september 2021 and I went to Bokamoso office in dube to claim as I provided them all the documentation they requested. I got paid the R10000 instead of R15000 and I called RMA their underwriter to check with them why I was paid insufficient funds an they said they received the paper work that must pay out the client an amount of R10.000 from Bokamoso so I should ask them why they did that.i went to Bokamoso office and laid my queries and they accepted their mistake and promised to reimburse me the balance that is left which 5000,but I was not given a feed back instead I am the one who keeps on reminding them. I tried to speak to the manager Paul Mavhusha but instead he doesn't want to take full responsibility of the errors that was made by his employees and he gives us bad attitude nd becomes dodgey, as he always hides himself. I have tried to call their contact that I was given by Bokamoso employees but still there is no answer and I couldn't get any help from them but when you come to join or pay they act as if they are professional in their work or job.
