Bad service

I filled in and submitted the application in September 2021 and started making payments, 5 months later I get a call that my application was not captured and they will refund all the payments. Then decide whether I still want to open the policy or not. And that there is nothing that can be done I just have to start again with the 6 months waiting period. Bokamoso has a bad ass service
