I put my claim on a Thursday 30th December 2021. Whatever documents dey wanted I submitted. I explained dat it was my mum who passed on n will be buried on the 6th January. Monday de 3rd I called them only to be told stories which were not my problem. Tuesday I called them again new hiccup which I didn't create. Every day I must call n ask for feedback. It's Wednesday today funeral is 2moro nothing has happened with my claim instead I've been told that they only received my claim 2day. Never been so hurt humiliated angry like m fuming.
