Im very disappointed since I waited for the call, from customer service regarding my complain about their Oats,which was difficult to eat I had to sieve it as it was unusually too fine and felt almost like there was crinuals of sand like feel when shewing.on their Facebook they requested picture,expiration and product date, product code and contact details and said to wait 48hrs and it was on the 5th it's now the 14th I even sent email with no reply.and I guess they only care about money, whether customers are satisfied or not I guess its none of the company business, nevermind that I lost half of the product to wastage and lost money.
