They sent me Old wornout shoes but I bought new ones,I'm disappointed i called countless times for solution even said if they don't want to send courier for recollection they can refund atleast 60%of the cost of the new shoes I should have got .but still nothing, there's none of the stores nearby so I'm stuck and upset. Mind you I can't sent shoes back because I'd have to pay courier of the money I don't have,no email yet from them.I wish I could attach photos but no option for that for everyone to see, I've been patient perhaps I should let my neighbor post about this on social media as well.😡
I absolutely love defy appliances,I bought a fridge and washing machine and they worked perfectly for years beyond their warranty and their quality I never had to struggle with maintenance and always made my kitchen look expensive. 😂
Im very disappointed since I waited for the call, from customer service regarding my complain about their Oats,which was difficult to eat I had to sieve it as it was unusually too fine and felt almost like there was crinuals of sand like feel when shewing.on their Facebook they requested picture,expiration and product date, product code and contact details and said to wait 48hrs and it was on the 5th it's now the 14th I even sent email with no reply.and I guess they only care about money, whether customers are satisfied or not I guess its none of the company business, nevermind that I lost half of the product to wastage and lost money.
I'd like to recognize recognize Mark Kesarnand for a fantastic service as an alllife agent,he was very friendly and helped with outmost profession and recommended should I have more queries related to my policy I shouldn't be hesitant to callback again,now that's reassuring to a client. Thank you Mark and alllife may you continue to put clients 1st and provide same service regardless of your clients background or race
