0 Stars - Poor Quality DTF Printing, Missing Items, Refused Refund, and Leadership who deflects taking responsibility
As a professional graphic designer with 10+ years in print production, I cannot recommend this facility. I've attempted to use their services three times, and each experience was disappointing. This business operates under multiple names from the same Rivonia location, including Express Print South Africa, Sameday Print, Boldmedia Group, DTF Print South Africa, Rush My Prints, Sameday Embroidery, T-Shirt Hub, Signs And Print Shops, Overnight Printing, Webprinter South Africa, and Purple Reign Business Solutions. Quality Issues: Despite providing professionally prepared CMYK files, the Direct-to-Film (DTF) prints consistently had problems: excessive yellow or blue colour shifts, misaligned printing, and jagged white borders around black print edges. These are basic quality standards that should be met. Unfulfilled Order: For the most recent order, I paid for 8 prints but only received 6. When I requested a refund for the missing items, management (Stanley Ncube) refused a cash refund, stating that missing prints are "not unusual" and "not the end of the world." Instead, I was offered store credit, forcing me to spend more money with a provider that fails to deliver. Bottom Line: Three attempts, three failures. Missing items with no accountability. If you value quality print work and reliable service, I recommend looking elsewhere.

He switched off his phone and never delivered. The next morning when we phone he refused to give us a refund which is ********l. He got aggressive and said to me to come to the store and see if I can make him give me a refund. I will not tollerate any service like that from an ********* and unreliable printer. He continued verbal abuse on the phone and continued to call her a child. They failed to deliver and we had to find another supplier. They keep on insisting that they will reprint, which is not what we need as we have now printed with someone else due to them not answering our calls.

Stanley told me my **** for following up and he told me to go fxck off WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Fast to take your money Slow to deliver Fast to promise Slow to deliver on the promise They even charge a RUSH fee for fast orders But there's no RUSH done You can speak to them nicely They'll still call you rude to justify them dropping the ball and not delivering on their promises They didn't even bother to update us on an urgent order until we called them at 10:00am for a progress report We asked for blue pens They offered us GREEN pens the morning we are expecting delivery They don't answer when you call to follow up They rudely tell you to wait for the driver They rudely decline your call Bongani - Condescending, rude and doesn't think he is at fault ever. Also very impatient with customers. Says things like "I'm the expert in printing not you" and also says things like "You don't know anything about printing". Makes paying customers feels dumb and very Stanley - Unhelpful, doesn't admit his staff faults and would rather blame a customer who pays on time than admit his team can't deliver on time. Doesn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Rudely cuts you off when speaking. This is for your discretion. They will most likely respond with false narratives of how we, the customer interacted with them to save their reputation and maintain their "good" image but please use your discernment before confirming an order, with them, especially time sensitive orders for important events If I could give zero stars I would, genuinely

There is a guy by the name of Bongani he has fitted well in this ****ming thing. He has blocked me on whatsapp. Everytime I call he will tell me his busy with the client. I paid them to brand Gloss Giftbags but what they did with the sample was very disappointing. I requested the refund and they agreed. When the day of refund arrived there was a lot of stories. The worst part is when you call they tell you to hold until you get tired.

Boldmedia Branding Express Print - not to be trusted with your cash
If you are looking for a print business you can trust, Boldmedia Branding / Express Print in Rivonia is NOT one of them. The business goes by many names so equally beware! Looking for a service provider to print plastic 40 000 bags we found Plastic Bag Printing South Africa - also known as Express Print. In January of 2024, the order was placed. Insisting on full payment upfront, only a fraction of the bags were delivered and we have been fighting ever since. The terms and conditions constantly change with the invoice stating that the T&Cs on the website supersede those on the invoice. If you would like to be sworn at by Stanley Ncube while asking why your bags have not been delivered, do so at your own peril. That is if he even answers the phone. I went to the shop to find another company name (Corporate Swag) on the door. Here are a few (but by no means all) - Print 4 Less, Vista, Next Day Print, Same Day Print, T-shirt Print... and there are plenty more. I have opened a case of theft with the police but would like to warn others out there that your hard earned upfront payment is at risk. Pity, as the sample of bags we actually did receive were of very good quality.

BAD SINGNAGE

No Business just a scam
This business is a scam. Never try to do business with them you will loos your Money. They will request your money up front before they say they will start. They have blocked my calls and they are gone with my money. I hope people read this before they even try to do business with this scammer called Stanley.

No Business just a scam
This business is a scam. Never try to do business with them you will loos your Money. They will request your money up front before they say they will start. They have blocked my calls and they are gone with my money. I hope people read this before they even try to do business with this scammer called Stanley.
