As a professional graphic designer with 10+ years in print production, I cannot recommend this facility. I've attempted to use their services three times, and each experience was disappointing. This business operates under multiple names from the same Rivonia location, including Express Print South Africa, Sameday Print, Boldmedia Group, DTF Print South Africa, Rush My Prints, Sameday Embroidery, T-Shirt Hub, Signs And Print Shops, Overnight Printing, Webprinter South Africa, and Purple Reign Business Solutions. Quality Issues: Despite providing professionally prepared CMYK files, the Direct-to-Film (DTF) prints consistently had problems: excessive yellow or blue colour shifts, misaligned printing, and jagged white borders around black print edges. These are basic quality standards that should be met. Unfulfilled Order: For the most recent order, I paid for 8 prints but only received 6. When I requested a refund for the missing items, management (Stanley Ncube) refused a cash refund, stating that missing prints are "not unusual" and "not the end of the world." Instead, I was offered store credit, forcing me to spend more money with a provider that fails to deliver. Bottom Line: Three attempts, three failures. Missing items with no accountability. If you value quality print work and reliable service, I recommend looking elsewhere.
0 Stars - Poor Quality DTF Printing, Missing Items, Refused Refund, and Leadership who deflects taking responsibility. Tanya is unreasonable and *****s your money when you do a trial period and find that her services are not for you. She forces you to pay her upfront before she'll do anything, and then when you give it a go, letting her send 2 emails on your behalf and giving her one training session and see that her services won't suit your business, then she refuses to give even a partial refund for the upfront payment made. In general she seems like a nice person and a good virtual assistant to tackle your admin if it works for your business setup, but if not, she's greedy, selfishly taking your money for services she did not deliver. https://mytanya.co.za/ https://www.linkedin.com/company/mytanya https://web.facebook.com/myvirtualtanya
NEVER work with Michael Phiri, the owner of this company. He doesn't pay freelancers who do services for him. He comes across as a nice guy but he's a snake. He makes promises but never delivers. I have had multiple discussions with Michael Phiri on this issue over a period of months. I have email and WhatsApp proof that he denies to pay me for jobs that have been completed a long time ago and are unrelated to other jobs that I have deliberately stopped working on until he pays me for the previous invoice. I have on email proof that he said he'll pay me for the time I've already spent on the unfinished job without having to complete it, but then weeks later he still hasn't paid, and when asked why he says "I'm running a business I have a right to change my mind". He agreed to my hourly rate a long time ago when we met, and I have done some odd ad-hoc jobs for him here and there for which he paid me, but he was late with payments the majority of the time. I told him that I'll write off the last uncompleted project and we can forget about the expenses I had to offer up out of my own pocket to be able to do the last project if he just pays me for the previous invoice unrelated to the last unfinished job. He denied payment and said he'll only pay for the previous invoice if I finish the last job, but he won't pay for the last job. I disagreed with him and warned him that I'll post about this online if he doesn't settle the previous unrelated invoice because he owes me that regardless if the last job is completed or not. He didn't pay me, so I posted online and now he's threatening to sue me if I don't take this Hello Peter post down. I told him that the only way I'll take it down is if he pays me what he owes me, which he denies to do. If he does pay me for the previous invoice unrelated to the last unfinished job, I'll take these Hello Peter posts down if Hello Peter will allow me to, otherwise I'll comment that the issue has been resolved. Michael Phiri, however, keeps on threatening to sue me and denies to pay me what he owes me. Nothing I have said here is untrue or unfair – I have proof to back everything up. I am an honest worker with a good track record. Michael Phiri is the first and only case like this. SCAM! Their website and initial communication seem legit, but after you've made a payment they disappear. Only to get back to you a day later to request a further R15 000 or more for the transportation and delivery of the puppy by "SA Pet Port Courier Service Inc.). If you don't pay up they block all forms of contact and ignore you. Needless to say you never get your puppy. I opened up a police case against them and my bank is doing a forensic investigation on it.
