Stanley told me my **** for following up and he told me to go fxck off WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Fast to take your money Slow to deliver Fast to promise Slow to deliver on the promise They even charge a RUSH fee for fast orders But there's no RUSH done You can speak to them nicely They'll still call you rude to justify them dropping the ball and not delivering on their promises They didn't even bother to update us on an urgent order until we called them at 10:00am for a progress report We asked for blue pens They offered us GREEN pens the morning we are expecting delivery They don't answer when you call to follow up They rudely tell you to wait for the driver They rudely decline your call Bongani - Condescending, rude and doesn't think he is at fault ever. Also very impatient with customers. Says things like "I'm the expert in printing not you" and also says things like "You don't know anything about printing". Makes paying customers feels dumb and very Stanley - Unhelpful, doesn't admit his staff faults and would rather blame a customer who pays on time than admit his team can't deliver on time. Doesn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Rudely cuts you off when speaking. This is for your discretion. They will most likely respond with false narratives of how we, the customer interacted with them to save their reputation and maintain their "good" image but please use your discernment before confirming an order, with them, especially time sensitive orders for important events If I could give zero stars I would, genuinely

Calling Workmens is like trying to order an ice cream at Mcdonalds. The ice cream machines never work. Poor Services, Rude Consultants, My favorite excuse I've heard thus far is this: "The entire S.A nation calls us on one number, we are very busy" What about the consultant that answered my call an hour ago and left me to speak to myself while they conversed amongst themselves having a ball? You guys sure do sound VERY busy. Pathetic.
Stay on the line for 30 mins just to get cut off. Consultants answer but don't assist while they have conversations amongst themselves Validation requests take more than 21 working days. Some consultants are absolutely rude and unhelpful. Workmans takes months to send RMA a subclass screenshot. Service is poor
Terrible service. Unhelpful Consultants. Time wasting. CIPC makes me want to pull my hair out. No clear reasons as to why things get rejected, stay on the line for hours just to get cut, there are attachments in emails but CIPC tells me there isn't anything Calling a CIPC center will not assist you in any way, it will only take you further away from your end goal.
