Disgusting defective shoes

I bought a pair of shoes online from this company when I received the them I noticed that the right shoe and the left shoe were not the same,the other shoe had a couple of mayor and minor defects that were obvious to see.

I asked for a replacement instead of giving me the replacement as they promised,they only fixed the one major defect and shipped their defective shoes back to me.I feel like I was ******. I'm disgusted with their service. I've been supporting this company since 2022 I've more than 5 pairs of shoes them and this is how they show gratitude.
