I was expecting my parcel today but it was unsuccessful,whe I check the Logistic log it says my address and contact number are not available yet I never received a call from delivery person and my address is available on the Google maps.

I was ****med by one of clientele sales agents,I told him I wasn't interested in taking their funeral cover, the guy **** and said by giving him my ID number and cellphone number does not necessarily mean that I'm registering with but I will be helping him to be recognized by his boss that at least he is talking to people and they can't get access to my bank if I don't give them my banking details, so I I decided to give them my ID number and after few minutes I received the sms from them.When I arrive at home I logged in to my banking app only to find out that the was a new active debit order for Clientele that I didn't even authorize it was created without my consent I was **** to by this ****mer.. I emailed them to cancel it and they don't respond.
Fnb is refusing to refund me,I signed up for a life cover policy with them and within 2 months I changed my mind and canceled the policy. On their terms and conditions it is stipulated that I am entitled to be refunded if I happen to cancel the service within 2 months of registration,I called them numerous times one of their consultants told me that they can not refund me, the other one asked me what makes me think that the Fnb owes me the refund and when I referred him to the terms and conditions of the contact he promised to refund me in 12 to 24 hours. It's been 5 days now and I have not been refunded, I emailed them last week Friday and every day I receive the same email from them telling me they are escalating the matter to rightful departments.
I made payment to Maven prop firm for R409.69, next thing the transaction went through twice but Maven prop received single payment, my question is, where did the other amount go? Capitec please I need that money back I'm unemployed and I was supposed to be buying some foods with that money now I'm going to bed with an empty stomach.I desperately need my money back 😫
I bought a pair of shoes online from this company when I received the them I noticed that the right shoe and the left shoe were not the same,the other shoe had a couple of mayor and minor defects that were obvious to see. I asked for a replacement instead of giving me the replacement as they promised,they only fixed the one major defect and shipped their defective shoes back to me.I feel like I was ******. I'm disgusted with their service. I've been supporting this company since 2022 I've more than 5 pairs of shoes them and this is how they show gratitude.
I was supposed to get my parcel delivered to me after 2 days of purchasing it,Unfortunately it's been 2 weeks now the courierit company can't get my parcel delivered to me but it was given to them long time ago
The most disappointing courier company I've ever come across.
