BOLTON SHOES - BAD SERVICE

I bought shoes from a companies that is supplied by Bolton shoes. It is leather shoes (vellies). After about 5-6 months the shoe broke, got a tear, which by my account should not happen to leather shoes.

I contacted the other store where i bought the shoes, they said that they will collect the shoes to be inspected. After inspection, by bolton shoes, they concluded that it is not due to manufacturing fault. I contacted Bolton directly and, after ALOT of emails, they just refused to exchange/refund the shoes.

Leather shoes should not tear, unless the leather was rolled out too thin. Just say sorry and replace the shoes.....you make enough money to be able to do it. NOT HAPPY
