I bought a pair of vans from mr tekkie. Since they dont bother contacting me back, i contacted vans directly and they say there is nothing they can do...... Some service....
I ordered a pair of Vans shoes from them in October last year. Didnt wear it much and the soles are starting to crack. We did correspond on Facebook but all correspondence just stopped. I paid almost R1000 for the shoes and it doesnt seem as if they are planning to do something about the faulty shoes.
Fat Frank has the most comfortable vellies....but durable? Not so much. I had my pair of vellies for about 2 months and the sole os beginning to seperate from the shoe....their solution is that i send it, on my cost, to them to resole, also on my cost.....apearently it happens when the shoe gets wet, know look, this is not my 1st pair of vellies, i know how to look after them.....Fat Frank....ball is in your court
I am very digusted and frustrated with the service i am getting from RAM couriers. I ordered a parcel online, the pickup was quick and it was at the depo the very next day (which was yesterday). I phoned them and they told me that i will be delivered today. When i phoned today, they said the parcel is not dispatched for delivery. Everytime i phone, using my airtime because its a 0861 number, i get cut off after holding for 12 minutes.....i am NOT HAPPY
These guys really know what they are doing. GREAT service. Efficient. I am really a very happy customer and can honestly recommend them anyday.
I bought shoes from a companies that is supplied by Bolton shoes. It is leather shoes (vellies). After about 5-6 months the shoe broke, got a tear, which by my account should not happen to leather shoes. I contacted the other store where i bought the shoes, they said that they will collect the shoes to be inspected. After inspection, by bolton shoes, they concluded that it is not due to manufacturing fault. I contacted Bolton directly and, after ALOT of emails, they just refused to exchange/refund the shoes. Leather shoes should not tear, unless the leather was rolled out too thin. Just say sorry and replace the shoes.....you make enough money to be able to do it. NOT HAPPY
Ek het vir my vrou vir MOEDERSDAG parfuum gekoop. Dit was betyds maar die bottel is foutief. Ek laat Perfume Bar dat dit foutief is. Ek moet toe n video stuur dat die bottel nie reg spuit nie. Jeanri het gesê sy sal uit haar eie sak die bottel vervang. Dit is nou JULIE en ek het nogsteeds nie n replacement nie want ek kry elke keer n ander rede (verskoning), eers is dit die warehouse wat wag vir stock, dan is dit loadshedding. As ek vra vir n refund dan word dit geweier. Die laaste voicenote (baie mislik), 8 Julie, was dat ek hierdie week my pakkie sal kry, ons is by woensdag verby en nog geen terugvoer. Needless to say is ek baie ongelukkig met die diens wat kry. Hierdie was die review wat ek op die facebook page geskryf het en toe word ek geblok
I placed an order and paid for it. Tried to get through to the online sales department woth no success. EVENTUALLY they email me back, telling me that orders made during the blacl friday period has a turnaround of TEN TO FOURTEEN DAYS! COME ON!!! They should jave said so when the order was placed. Never ever did o have to wait that long for online purchases, doesnt matter when it was made. This is unacceptable. Normal orders take 5 to 7 days. Why is black friday any different.
First of all i think it is really rediculous that cell c is the only provider that does not have 3 year contracts on phones. They do not stock earlier models and they are REALLY expensive. Example: They do not even have the iphone 11. They charge R899pm for the iphone 12 MINI. MTN DOES have earlier models, 3 year contracts and they only charge R549pm for the iphone 12 mini. EXPLAIN THAT.
My 3 month old phone became faulty so i booked it in because i had no other choice. Cell C will NOT exchange due to "company policy" DESPITE the fact that it goes against the consumer protection act. I got my phone back, it worked for 2days and has the EXACT SAME PROBLEM now. I contacted them and was told i have to book it in AGAIN.. This is utter bull**** and i WILL NOT leave it there. I INSIST on a new device.
